Potent Drug Solids Handling Facility

Members of our pharmaceutical team have experience with the start-up, commissioning and testing of two new potent drug solids handling facilities for a Fortune 100 Company. Project included airlocks, potent drug process equipment and respective controls, utilities, designated facility HVAC equipment and controls, room differential pressure controls, and waste collection equipment and controls.

Our team members focused their efforts on P&ID support, specifying materials of construction, documenting design details of major and minor equipment components, prescribing post construction cleaning and pressure testing, and testing and validation of equipment and control system operation.
