Snack Food Facility


 

This company provides pork rind snack foods in the US and Mexico. Members of our Food & Beverage team provided architectural, engineering and construction management services for the construction of new loading docks, cold storage for receiving of pork skins, cutting area for pelletizing of material and new cooking kettles. The 100,000 sq-ft facility is state of the art with high volume process equipment, including overhead crane rails and automated movement of skins from kettles to packaging. The materials of construction facilitate food safety and maintenance.
