Flight Kitchen Facilities

This company provides services to the airline industry, including meals and beverage service. Members of our Food & Beverage team provided architectural and engineering services on a $300,000,000 Capital Management Program. Architectural/engineering services included consulting, capital expenditure planning, engineering, construction management, program management and design-build services for 90 domestic and 40 international flight kitchens. Deliverables included leveraging all company existing purchasing agreements and expanding and initiating new global agreements; developing new equipment and facility standards manual; generating program manual roll-out to all units worldwide; establishing and maintaining program reporting; establishing program budget. Key project locations included Chicago, Detroit, Miami, New York, Minneapolis, Charlotte, Dallas, Cleveland and Portland.
