Sour Water Stripper Reboiler Project

A major petrochemical company requested assistance from Valdes Engineering Company with the installation of a reboiler for their Sour Water Stripper (SWS) in the refinery's Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU). The installation and commissioning of the Sour Water Stripper was a fast-track project. Many contractors were involved in the project. Due to the communication and cooperation of the alliance team, the project was completed 24 days ahead of schedule with an extremely high field productivity rate for that site. Valdes' client was able to immediately increase profits and production during the peak production season due to de-bottlenecking associated with this project.
