The safety of all employees is a top priority at Valdes Engineering Company. We believe that injuries are preventable with proper training and work planning, and we are one-hundred percent committed to avoiding work related accidents. Our strong safety program and well-written policies are paramount to circumventing personal injuries and property damage.

Our safety manager is a Certified Safety Professional with more than thirty years of experience who is passionate about the company's extensive and rigidly enforced safety program. We recognize that education is the key to maintaining a safe work environment at all job sites as well as in our engineering offices. This education begins for every employee on the first day of employment and continues on a permanently ongoing basis.
