Chuck Walker

Director of Operations

Chuck Walker serves as the Director of Operations for Valdes Engineering Company.  Chuck has a Bachelor's Degree in Network Communication Management from DeVry University and has over 15 years of experience working in a professional service environment.

Chuck focuses a majority of his efforts on the continual development of operating principles.  These principles include, but are not limited to, project management, standard operating procedures, staff development and documentation practices.  His team members work in tandem with each other to continue to deliver excellent services to our clients.

Chuck's previous experience includes work for firms such as the Tennis Corporation of America, Dukane Corporation, Wight & Company and the Follett Higher Education Group.  Each of these firms conducts business internationally with remote offices around the globe.  During his tenure with these firms, Chuck and his support team worked to standardize operating procedures and work processes while continuing to deliver a high level of customer service.
